Phonics
Your child will need practice in phonics/reading each and every night. This is the bulk of what is learned in first grade and is essential to your child’s academic success. Below is a list of what we’ll be covering over the next few weeks in phonics. Please note that I will stick to the schedule as closely as possible, but allow for some flexibility if needed.
